You must register for THIS Assembly, even if you were a Registered Representative/Alternate for previous R6 Assemblies.
- Catered buffet lunch is available for $10 to ALL ATTENDEES who REGISTER WITH LUNCH ONLINE by Monday, April 3, 9:00 a.m. R6 cannot guarantee catered lunch availability after that time. Tickets are non-refundable, but they may be transferred in the event you cannot attend.
- Attendees who REGISTER WITHOUT LUNCH ($0) cannot be allowed into the Atrium area during the catered lunch to sit with other attendees.
- There is a restaurant on the hotel premises, restaurants within walking distance and a hospitality suite for those who bring lunch.
- Catered lunch will NOT BE AVAILABLE to anyone who chooses to register at the door on the day of Assembly (including R6 Reps and Alternates).
- Please remember that R6 does not distribute paper copies of the Assembly Packet or the Officers Reports. They are available online or you may print these items out and bring them with you. Click here for R6 Assembly Documents
